Arc is a leader in influencing the development and implementation of public policies that affect the lives of people with developmental disabilities and their families. Through Arc's efforts, many services affecting people with developmental disabilities have been developed, improved, or saved.

Arc Minnesota and its’ chapters monitor legislation, participate on various committee to represent the needs of people with developmental disabilities.

Arc Midstate represents the needs of individuals and families on a wide variety of local government, education/school, and community committees. You can be involved in these efforts too!
